While Zillow and Trulia often contain out of date listings and data, your portal will be on the REAL MLS system, and will search it each and every day against the criteria YOU set! And you can change the criteria any time.

Simply email your basic criteria to Linda at Gardnerteam@Bendcable.com , which can include the following and more:
-Area you are interested in (Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver)
-IF Bend, is there a part of town you want to specify? (NW [the area most tourists are familiar with], SW, NE, SE)
- price range (try to keep the range no larger than $150,000, or you might get too many matches to be useful)
- minimum number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- minimum and/or maximum square footage
- minimum lot size if important
- view type if important (river, cascades, other mountain . . .)
- anything else you might require, such as the age of the home, minimum garage size, single level only or a master bedroom on the main level only, proximity to somewhere you love (downtown, the river, the Old Mill, etc...), gas for cooking and heat, etc...
Once you have your own MLS portal, you will be ahead of everyone, including most agents, as you get to see new listings and price changes THE DAY THEY HAPPEN! It's the best way by far to find EXACTLY the home you want!
