JUNE 2009 SALES STATISTICS
Better and Better! Bend is now beating 2008 AND 2007 in Pendings! Next month it should beat 2007 in BOTH Solds and Pendings! What does that say to YOU? And, the fact that Pendings are ahead of Solds means the curve is steepening in favor of sales and prices going upwards. (The first line is new listings, not so important- the bottom two are pendings and solds, which is where the rubber meets the road).

Redmond is on fire, beating BOTH SOLDS AND PENDINGS numbers from 2007 and 2008. I did not expect this to happen until Fall, but I am happy to be wrong.
