Parents of two grown sons, they are also grandparents to three great kids!  

Tom and Linda are also top producers and are also well-known for their long hours and personal touch in accomplishing their client's needs and dreams. They are Realtor’s Realtors, with other colleagues routinely asking for their advice.

MEET LINDA 

Linda is a people person, active in the community, and a dedicated networker. Linda is great at connecting her clients and is often able to help them find the right job, volunteer opportunity, or recreational activity. Relationships and client’s needs are first and foremost.  

Linda's organizational and problem skills have been polished during her years as a teacher, bookkeeper, owner of her own business, and escrow secretary.  

Active in Central Oregon real estate since 1992, Linda has also served on Boards of Directors for numerous organizations, including the Women’s Resource Center of Central Oregon (WRCCO), American Association of University Women, Network of Entrepreneurial Women, and Cascade Festival of Music.  

MEET TOM 

Tom is a retired Oregon Attorney and former CEO of a multi-state corporation who, with Linda, has 38 years experience in buying and selling properties in Oregon, Nevada, California, and Arizona--including homes, ranches, commercial and industrial properties, businesses, forest lands, and unimproved lands.  

Tom’s legal background and his business experience assist the team in asking the right questions, and looking for issues, before they become issues. Together with Linda, he serves the team as principal broker. 

MEET THOM 

Tom and Linda's oldest son was born on the Oregon Coast, but moved to Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of four, where he lived until he was 14. Moving to Redding, California, he later attended the University of California at San Diego, before returning to Oregon at the age of 20, and finishing his degree at the University of Oregon.  

He is a Mensan, has written several novels (some of which are available on his website ThomGardner.com!), and worked in the furniture sales industry where he was the number one salesperson at both stores where he was employed, after running his own business since college.  

He has lived in Central Oregon since 1990, and as a great outdoor recreation buff, knows the ins and outs of the area's best spots. An avid mountain biker, hiker, backpacker, boater, wakeboarder, surfer, waterskier, and mountaineer, he is happy to live and work in a place that fits all of those pursuits, but lOves to travel internationally to sunny, southern climes in the winter. He is very happily married, has three school age children and lives on Bend's Westside.  

Thom lives to help people who don't think they can buy a house do just that. Honesty and realism are hallmarks of his writing and his personal life philosophy--all we have is communication to set us apart from the animals, so it better be clear, true, and factual.  

He speaks Spanish and Russian, and wants to bring more inclusivity into the often exclusive Central Oregon housing market.
